Bazzill cardstock, pattern paper from The Paper Patch, felt, raffia, button from stash, Verve banner die, spellbinder die (reverse wonky rectangles), colored in with Copic Markers.

This is my "New To Me" card, this is an old technique but new to me, crayon/wax resist. The white parts of the card I colored in with a white crayon to resist the distress inks I used to color my card.

The cardstock is from Bazzill, Tim Holtz distress inks, white crayon

and my organza ribbon is from my stash.

This was a fun and simple card, I will have to try it again soon.

This week I chose to use Polar Friends from digi artist Lauren Curtis, Bazzill Cardstock (Red and White), embossed white snowflakes, embossing powder from Stampendous, snowflake stamp by PSX, then I layered my image and popped it up, I embossed my sentiment (Heidi Grace) layered it on white and walla this is what I cam up with.

Fairy Beautiful

My favorites are faeries, they are the best!

Materials used -

I embossed the fairy (Image from The Angel Company) with black embossing powder (Stampendous), colored the wings wit a glitter pen  (Sakura Clear Sky), I cut her out with a spellbinders Die (Labels 4), sponged black ink around the edges (Memento Ink), embossed the first layer with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and layered with more Bazzill cardstock. The black brads are from my stash.

Happy Halloween.....

I have to start off by saying I had a hard time to figure out this sketch, but it came to me slowly, I mean really slow...lol I am pleased with my end result, My first for using that many pattern papers all together.

Materials Used -

My image is a Ivy Digi from The Greeting Farm, DP from Doodlebug Paper Pad (Haunted Manor), Bazzil cardstock, Amuse Baker's Twine and Bat dies, the border dies I used is from MFT, sentiment Stampin Up, Stampin Up window Punch, spell binders A2 matting dies sets A and B, the big green brad I recycled off an old card (worked out perfect), bling from stash and colored in with Copic Marker's.
